Course Description:
This
4 hour course is designed to provide staff serving in Group Homes and STRTP’s
behavior management strategies for staff working with traumatized youth and
families. The aim of the course is to assist adults with an understanding of
who the youth are, where they come from and why they do what they do from a
developmental perspective in order to come up with effective tools and
techniques when participating in trauma-informed work.
