Course Description:

This two-hour course will allow participants to review, understand and practice, the principals around the Reasonable and Prudent Parent Standard. Administrators and staff will build a foundation of shared understanding around decision making, considering youths’ developmental and age appropriateness for activities, outings, etc. The principals will be based on safety, cultural competence and trauma informed practices that highlight accessibility and appropriateness for youth participation.

 Zoom Links, Evaluation Links and Materials/Handouts will be sent 1 day before the training or no later than 1 hour before the training begins.

 Please do not forward any Zoom Links, Evaluation Links and Materials/Handouts to anyone as only registered participants can have access to the links/materials.

Please note that if a participant misses more than 15 minutes of a training, they will not receive credit or a certificate.
