This Seneca foster care pre-approval training is primarily designed for prospective resource parents with the purpose of developing and strengthening the knowledge, understanding, and skills essential when caring for foster youth. These trainings will be held virtually through Zoom. A link will be sent out closer to the training date after you register for the training.

Title of Training: Enhanced Caregiving: Unconditional Care in Practice

Class Description: A deeper dive into what it means to care for a child unconditionally, the importance of relationships as an intervention and strategies for maintaining and unconditional positive regard for youth in Enhanced programs.
