Training Summary: Provide

Many system involved youth and their families are survivors of interpersonal
violence and other traumatic experiences which impact their ability to regulate
their nervous systems. Those who work with them often find themselves becoming
dysregulated in the process of learning about their client’s experiences. Learn
simple techniques from the fields of energy medicine and energy psychology
which providers can teach to youth and families and use themselves to regulate
their nervous systems.
