Chill Out: Tools for Families to Address and Prevent Stress
A parenting training for Monterey County Caregivers
Training Summary:
Life’s pressures can turn into stress and stress can result
in all sorts of challenges: fighting with friends and family, difficulty with
school and work, physical exhaustion and even illness. Create an individual and
family self-care plan to prevent stress from taking over your life. We will
teach simple tools from the fields of energy medicine and energy psychology.

At the end
of this program, participants will be able to:

Identify signs of stress in themselves and
other family members

Create a self-care and family-care plan
·
Utilize at least 2 of the tools taught in the
class on a regular basis
