Subsidized trainings are provided through Title IV-E funding. Eligible participants invited to participate in a range of free trainings include individuals who are working directly with youth who are dependents (or at risk of becoming dependents) of Alameda, Contra Costa, San Francisco, or Solano counties:
- Seneca employees and students
- MSW graduate students
- Foster and adoptive parents
- Prospective relative guardians
- Public and private providers working in the child welfare system (group homes, FFAs, etc.)
- Court personnel, attorneys, guardian ad litems, and court appointed special advocates working with youth in foster or probation care
- Public and private providers working with youth in the probation system
