Subsidized trainings are provided through Title IV-E funding. Eligible participants invited to participate in a range of free trainings include individuals who are working directly with youth who are dependents (or at risk of becoming dependents) of Alameda, Contra Costa, Monterey, San Francisco, or Solano counties:
- Seneca employees and students
- MSW graduate students
- Foster and adoptive parents
- Prospective relative guardians
- Public and private providers working in the child welfare system (group homes, FFAs, etc)
- Court personnel, attorneys, guardian ad litems, and court appointed special advocates working with youth in foster or probation care
- Public and private providers working with youth in the probation system
